Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

This project entails minor interior and exterior non-structural renovations of the existing structure. The primary objective is to update and enhance the interior and exterior aesthetics and functionality of the property, focusing on the replacement of all existing plumbing fixtures in the kitchen and existing bathrooms, replacement of electrical fixtures, outlets, and switches throughout, interior walls patching and paint, exterior siding, trim, and exterior elements repairs and paint, roof replacement, removal and installation of new tile and walls flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms.  The project will also include the additional of 2 new bathrooms, including but not limited to pipes, drains, faucets, toilets, and the installation of all required electrical wiring, outlets, and fixtures, ensuring compliance with local codes.
