VCC General Work Permit

To renovate courtyard space as per Architecture Committee approval of 08/09/2022 and materials stamped VCC approved 10/26/2022. Work includes:
• Demolition of existing masonry planting beds – existing fountain to be salvaged for reinstallation
• Construction of new fountain and new base for salvaged fountain (two fountains total)
• Construction of new raised masonry planting beds (masonry to be held off the adjacent building/fence by 6”)
• Salvage and reconstruction of the existing stone gutter

NOTE: No new decorative light fixtures approved under this permit.
