VCC General Work Permit

To install new awnings and decorative light fixtures as per Architecture Committee approval of 09/24/2024 and materials stamped VCC approved 10/10/2024. Work includes:
• Installation of new retractable awnings replacing existing retractable awnings in various locations around building. New awnings to feature charcoal gray awning fabric and bronze color metal framework
• Installation of new Structerra metal pergola type structures at four locations around the upper floors of the building. Pergolas to feature retractable awnings in a color matched to SW 7547 – Sandbar. Pergola framework to be color matched to SW 7008 – Alabaster
• Replacement of existing decorative wall mounted electric light fixtures with new custom Bevolo electric lantern fixtures
• All fixtures shall use lamps with the following criteria: 3000K color temperature, 80+ color rendering index, and 400-600 lumens per bulb
