Repair Hurricane Ida damage. Replace siding, porch decking, fascia to match existing.

The scope of proposed work on 1124 Governor Nicholls is as follows:

I will replace approximately 10 porch boards.
I have a window unit in my shop that has been repaired and is ready to be set back into it's opening.
There is a pane of glass missing from the facade to be replaced.
There are approximately 30 sq/ft of 1/2 x 6" weatherboards to be replaced.
The front downspout will be eliminated as it was not part of the original drainage system and is redundant.
There is 60 sq/ft of soffit to be replaced which will match existing 3/4 x 3 1/4" beaded board.
There is some fascia which I recovered after the storm to be refastened. The decorative corbels will be refastened as well.

The vegetation will be cleared off the building.
There are 2 squares of roofing to be replaced.
