VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to building and correct violations as per materials stamped VCC approved 09/27/2024. Work includes:
• Repair/replacement of wood trim and lintels on the Dumaine elevation of the main building to match existing
• Repair/replacement of wood gallery and balcony decking and fascia throughout the property, all to match existing
• Replacement of gallery purlins (purlin design to match attached detail sheet) in order to achieve proper slope
• Installation of new Yale YRL226 lock on front door of main building

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
