VCC General Work Permit

To address VCC violations cited in case #22-03187-DBNVCC, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 09/25/2024.
Repair stucco as needed using VCC stucco formula, attached.
Replace metal chimney cap with a masonry cap, per typical detail.
Remove metal parapet cap flashing with mortar cap, per typical detail.
Retain existing security cameras. Paint housing to match adjacent surface to minimize visibility.
Replace keypads with Schlage Encode keypads in oil-rubbed bronze finish.
Retain two (2) Trane condensers and one (1) Daikin mini-split, per attached materials.

Chimney to be monitored for structural movement again in 12 months in order to ensure no active movement.
