VCC General Work Permit

To address VCC violations cited in case #24-01516-VCCNOP, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 09/13/2024, as follows:
Remove exterior light fixtures and security cameras.
Remove vegetation from masonry. Cut vegetation down and apply a weed and grass killer.
Remove dead roots after 1-2 days. Install new VCC mortar (formula attached) as needed where deteriorated
Remove all window decals and ATM signage, all merchandise attached to entry door, casing, etc.

NOTE: This permit does not address all violations present on the property. Signage cited in 24-01516-VCCNOP must be applied for and permitted separately or this property may be scheduled for administrative adjudication. Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
