Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Renovation of existing CSTR to bring building to commercial transient stay building code compliance (sprinkled, etc.) for future conversion to hotel after all adjacent building renovations are completed in order to finalize pending resubdivision (SD192-23). This is not a change of use at this time. A change of use permit will be filed when resubdivision is recorded and in effect to convert nine CSTRs located at 1301, 1305, 1309, 1313, 1317, 1321, 1325, 1329, and 1333 Carondelet St. to one hotel use. The CSTR permits will be closed and one hotel occupational license will be issued.
