we are working with Dennis Murphy with the Historic Districts Landmark Commission to obtain a permit to install a 4 foot high, transparent wooden picket fence on the street-facing side of our property. This proposed fence will be placed up to 8 feet from the house, leaving at least 22 feet of driveway space. We will ensure a minimum of 18 feet of driveway space if permitted to build this fence.
