VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to rear building and to the rear elevation of the main building as per materials stamped VCC approved 08/30/2024. Work includes:
Rear Building
Sounding of stucco on the rear building, only removing those areas of stucco that are failing
Application of stucco to the areas of missing or removed stucco as per VCC standard details
Repair/replacement of wood elements including fascia, balcony railings, and stairway, all to exactly match existing
Removal of unpermitted ground-floor 4x4 posts
Main Building Rear Elevation, Dormers, and Roof
Removal and replacement of rotten weatherboards with new matching wood weatherboards (approximately 5 boards total)
Repair/replacement of wood trim to exactly match existing
Replacement of existing broken/missing synthetic slates with new matching synthetic slates
All painting on rear building and rear elevation of main building to be:
Walls...Monticello Rose, Benjamin Moore HC-63, flat or eggshell finish
Doors, windows, and trim…Snow White, semigloss
Shutters…Knoxville Gray, semigloss

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations but does not address all existing Vieux Carré Commission violations. Additional application(s) need to be submitted within sixty (60) days to address remaining violations. Failure to do so may result in this property being scheduled for an administrative adjudication hearing and subject to fines. Work under this permit shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work
