Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

EXISTING PUBLIC RESTROOM RENOVATIONS - The scope of work for the Base Bid shall include all of the work as specified herein and as indicated and/or implied in the complete set of Bid Documents dated November 10, 2023. This project includes but is not limited to the renovation of the existing interior areas and select exterior areas of the existing flea market restrooms, including new plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, restroom accessories, new tile wall coverings, new doors and frames, replacement of existing flooring, base, gypsum board ceilings, new led lighting fixtures, ductwork modifications, interior painting, new roll up entry doors, new pre-finished metal wall panels at entries, and other interior renovations as included in Bid Documents including all associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical modifications.
