HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

1. Remove sections of the floor to allow for temporary shoring to be installed from the ground to the 2nd floor joists. 2. Install vertical and lateral shoring from ground to 2nd floor joists. 3. Remove floor joists and remaining decking. 4. Repair/replace original brick pier foundations, tuck point and skim coat all piers. 5. Reframe the floor and metal wall using the details in the provided drawings. 6. Remove the vertical shoring, install new decking. 7. Install wall sheathing were indicated on the drawings and remove lateral shoring.
