DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE DONE:
Re-flooring and replacing balconies and porch decking. Wood flooring, Soffits, fascia, matching with existing. Painted in off-white color satin.
Repair existing balcony framing by adding additional joist and replacing tongue and groove decking.
Replacing or repairing all parapet caps, balcony railings, fascia and soffits.
At the back side, installing gutter and downspouts, type K style white. Replacing missing gutter and downspouts half round and as existing in front-street building.
Replacing or painting deteriorated weatherboards.
All windows existing will be repaired and painted, missing windows will be replaced with similar ones to period.
All deteriorated exterior masonry will be repaired with period bricks and mortar.
ROOF:
A permit has already been applied for the main building. Still waiting for permit for skylights type VELUX. See plans attached. The completely redone shingle roof including the wooden underside.
