Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Double shot-gun house to be renovated including framing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. This house has been approved by Shipo for tax credit renovation as a historical site and will comply with all guidelines to render the appearance of the house like it was 100 years ago.
