New construction (after the fact) to replace the former Accessory Dwelling Unit as shown in the survey prior to demolition. Demolition and new construction approved by HDLC, HDLC COA Permit #22-34321-HDLC. This application replaces a previous 2023 application since the building (built after the fact) is new construction to replace the former ADU. Enclosed is survey, floor plan and photo key of the former ADU that the new building replaces on the exact same building foot print. Floor plan and photo key show that the former ADU had a full kitchen with cooking facilities and full bathroom. Also, attached are affidavits from adjacent neighbors attesting that the former building had a full kitchen and bathroom. This application is replacing a previous application reference code 10UW12.
