Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Work to be performed as warranty for previously permited / approved construction under permits # 22-11881-RNVN and VCC permit #22-11881-VCGEN. The large metal windows will have sealants removed and reapplied at each pane of glass. The window at right side of façade will have its header flashing reapplied. Stucco at the end face of the pool parapet will be removed, waterproofed, and reapplied to match existing. Masonry through-wall flashing at the bottom of the masonry wall at sun deck which is currently applied one wythe depth will be extended to two wythes depth. Pan flashings will be installed below sill of each exterior wood window. Through-wall flashing at masonry corners at interior hallways will be reapplied. Stucco at bottom of trash chute tower to be reapplied.
