VCC General Work Permit

To renovate building as per Architecture Committee approval of 06/25/2024 and materials stamped VCC approved 07/25/2024. Work includes:
• Infilling one existing window opening on the Bourbon St. elevation of the main building. Existing exterior window trim to be retained to indicate location of previously existing window
• Modification to existing “garden room” addition including increasing height of building approximately 3’, installing new millwork, and installing a new rooftop mechanical unit. Final specs of mechanical unit to be submitted to VCC staff for final approval.
• Removal of one set of existing courtyard stairs and installation of a new metal guardrail in the opening where the stairs were removed

All exterior painting to be permitted separately.
