Scope of Work:
Carefully remove 100% of existing stucco at the first-floor level on the right side (courtyard).
Carefully remove partial stucco on the first-floor level on the left side (Port Street), with repairs in other areas.
Carefully remove partial stucco on the inside wall of the front steps, with repair in other areas.
Investigate the condition of the underlying brick/masonry wall.
Complete tuck-pointing, as necessary, utilizing historically appropriate mortar formula.
Re-apply all areas of removed stucco and repaired stucco with new historically appropriate lime-based stucco
New stucco application will replicate the current dashed stucco texture.
