To address demolition by neglect and work without permit violations cited in case 22-01896-VCCNOP, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 07/24/2024, including (but not limited to):
Reconstruct cracked and unstable portions of masonry wall at first floor, adjacent to cut corner entrance, utilizing mortar mixed and applied per the VCC standard detail sheet (attached). Any deteriorated, cracked, or broken bricks shall be replaced to match existing in color, size, material, porosity, detail, profile and exposure. All reinstalled masonry must be properly "toothed in" to existing masonry wall, using VCC mortar formula (attached). All replacement stucco to be VCC formula (attached) and penciled to match existing profile, size, dimension, location, and relative alignment with architectural features.
Remove inappropriate handrail extension and install new handrail extension, to be painted to match adjacent wall surface to minimize visibility. Historic rail to remain and be painted black, semigloss.
