Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

The scope of work is as follows: Remove and replace all vinyl windows with appropriate wood windows, Remove non conforming wall a basement level, remove non conforming serving counter at basement level, removal of non conforming ceramic tile at basement. Remove non conforming canopy and support columns at canopy. Level 1 outdoor facing bathrooms to receive updated layout and fixture selection along with ADA Bathroom. Level 2 to receive a new bar; plan alteration to historic layout. Level 3 to have cosmetic material upgrades at all bathrooms and bedrooms. Layout to mostly stay the same. All work to be done as per plans.
