VCC General Work Permit

Address VCC violations at Unit C cited in case 21-06531-VCCNOP, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 07/18/2024:
Remove all impermissible lighting. Remove all unused wiring. Install all remaining wiring in conduit. All conduits shall be placed along the inside corners of building surfaces as much as possible, such as along gallery/balcony purlins at the deck line, and painted to match the adjacent surfaces.
Remove exterior PVC plumbing. Redirect plumbing on interior of building.
Replace deteriorated bottom rail and/or double panels on first floor doors on rear of main building. All work to match existing in size, profile, dimension, reveal, exposure, material, color, and finish.
Repair/replace decking at dependency stairs and balcony as needed per attached detail sheet. Paint top and sides medium gray, semigloss. Paint underside white, semigloss.
Replace railings as needed at dependency stairs and balcony. All work to match existing in size, profile, dimension, reveal, exposure, material, color, and finish.

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations but does not address all existing Vieux Carré Commission violations. Additional application(s) need to be submitted within sixty (60) days to address remaining violations. Failure to do so may result in this property being scheduled for an administrative adjudication hearing and subject to fines.
