VCC General Work Permit

To renovate building including refurbishment of gallery and installation of new generator in courtyard, as per Architecture Committee approval of 09/13/2022 and materials stamped VCC approved 10/12/22. Work includes:
• Replacement of existing gallery decking with new wood tongue and groove decking
• Replacement of existing fascia board with new beaded fascia board, to be painted white to match existing
• Repair of existing electric lanterns on the second floor of the Decatur elevation
• Installation of new low voltage puck lights above each door and window opening on the second floor of the Decatur elevation
• Construction of new 4’ tall CMU wall in courtyard to be finished with metal lath and stucco and capped with stone
• Installation of new Generac 22 kw residential standby generator behind new CMU wall
