Renovation (Structural) Permit

Scope of work includes: Renovation of an existing home at 8418 Freret Street. The renovation will include: plumbing trim out per plans, electrical per plans, installation of new windows (per plans), removal and replacement of siding as needed, installation of new doors (interior and exterior), insulation as needed, removal of existing fencing and replacement with 6' vertical cedar fence boards (existing fence posts will be reused—therefore no digging), removal of existing front fence and replacement with iron fence and gates (existing fence posts will be reused—therefore no digging), and interior millwork trim out.
