Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

To correct work without permit and demolition by neglect violations, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 06/26/2024, including (but not limited to):
Replace light fixtures, relocate conduit, relocate and screen mechanical equipment, replace roof with slate.

NOTE: Work to courtyard alley, fence, and gate not in scope due to shared ownership. Sidewalk seating and tables not included in approval. VCC staff notes included in permitted materials must be followed. Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
