VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to building and install new roofing per materials stamped VCC approved 06/27/2024. Work includes:
• Remove existing slate roofing and install new natural slate roofing on main building. Slate to be gray/green in color and measure 10” x 20”. All nails for slate and flashing to be copper
• Existing flat roof portion to be replaced with new gray TPO roof
• Repair/replace rotten or termite damaged wood at windows and doors. All work to match existing
• Replace existing wood balcony decking with new tongue and groove wood balcony decking
• Repaint building with all colors to match existing colors and sheens.

This permit prohibits the application of the following exterior coating materials and paints: sealers, ceramic coatings/paints, elastomeric coatings/paints, waterproofing/water repellent coatings.
