VCC General Work Permit

Correct work without permit and demolition by neglect cited in Notice of Violation 23-04218-DBNVCC dated 07/26/2023, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 06/27/2024:
Replace inappropriate weatherboard patch at electrical meters with weatherboards to match remainder of building.
Replace inappropriate single lite windows sash with six-lite, single pane, true divided lite window sash, with proportions and muntin profile to match that above.
Replace k-style gutters with new half-round copper gutters and downspouts of the same size as existing. Paint to match adjacent surface to minimize visibility and theft risk.
Replace broken cast iron foundation vents to match existing in size and design.
Repair masonry/mortar/stucco as needed per attached VCC handout. No prepackaged mixes allowed.
Repair walls, fence, gate, dormer, windows, tirm, etc. as needed to match existing in size, profile, dimension, reveal, material, color, attachment, function, operation, exposure and finish.

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations but does not address all existing Vieux Carré Commission violations. Additional application(s) need to be submitted within sixty (60) days to address remaining violations. Failure to do so may result in this property being scheduled for an administrative adjudication hearing and subject to fines. Work under this permit shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Ow
