VCC General Work Permit

Work to abate demolition by neglect at rear service building, including reconstruction of balcony structure, railing and millwork replacement, slate roof replacement, and stucco repair, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 06/26/2024.
All work to match existing in size, profile, dimension, reveal, detail, exposure, material, color, texture, attachment, function and operation. All mortar and stucco per VCC formula, attached.

Note: Trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs
 All work must conform to standard VCC policies & guidelines
 Permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapets, chimneys or surrounding walls
Torch-applied roofing is not permitted in the Vieux Carré.

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
