VCC General Work Permit

Rear dependency balcony repairs, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 06/26/2024, including:
• Remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards, as needed.
• Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5/4x4 wood T&G floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with ½" bead, all as per VCC Standard Detail Sheet No. 12 (attached), as needed.
• Repair/replace second floor balcony column, trim, railing and/or pickets as needed, to match existing.
• Paint columns, trim, railing, pickets, stringers, fascia and bottom of floorboards white, semigloss. Paint top and sides of new decking medium gray, semigloss.

All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile, dimension, reveal, attachment, function, and exposure.
