VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to building and correct violations as per materials stamped VCC approved 06/20/2024. Work includes:
• Repairing existing stucco and covering currently exposed CMU wall of rear building with stucco
NOTE: Stucco mixed per VCC standard details to be utilized on the front building. More modern stucco approved for use at rear building and when covering CMU. Metal lath to be used at exposed CMU wall.
• Remove faux greenery screening at HVAC platform. Install new wood lattice screening to be painted to match adjacent wall color
• Replace missing shutters
• Paint building elements to match existing colors and sheens

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
