VCC General Work Permit

To retain and modify alleyway structure located at the N. Rampart and Conti corner of the building, per Architecture Committee approval of 05/14/2024 and materials stamped VCC approved 06/13/2024. Work includes:
• Retention of the approximately 117 sq. ft. wood framed structure
• Pulling the structure away from the main building to create an approximately 3” wide air gap
• Installation of new standing seam metal roof on structure
• Installation of new half round gutters and round downspouts
• Installation of capital and base details on wood posts
• All wood elements to be painted to match colors and sheens of existing corresponding elements on the main building

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
