VCC General Work Permit

To address demolition by neglect violations at rear dependencies, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 06/13/2024:
Remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards.
Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5/4x4 wood T&G floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with ½" bead, all as per VCC Standard Detail Sheet No. 12 (attached).
Repair railings, pickets and posts as needed to match existing and per attached detail sheet no. 11. Only replace elements that cannot be retained. All repair/replacement to match existing in material, profile, color, dimension, size, reveal, attachment, and function unless otherwise noted.
Paint top and sides of decking medium gray, semigloss. Paint bottom of decking, outriggers, fascia, trim, railings, pickets and posts white, semigloss.
Scrape elastomeric paint from stucco walls and repaint same color in latex paint, flat or satin finish. Repair underlying stucco as needed using VCC formula, attached.
Resecure front gallery column closest to Bourbon street and touch up paint, to match existing.
