VCC General Work Permit

Work on Iberville elevation to address VCC Violation case No. 21-07369-VCCNOP, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 06/12/2024.
Remove unpermitted door and install new single lite single panel Spanish cedar or mahogany door. Glass must be laminated and single glazed and installed with putty stops.
Hardware to require additional VCC review. Submit manufacturer's specs to VCC staff for consideration prior to purchase and installation.
Remove existing unpermitted intercom and install new ZDL7 150V4 model "Unik" CCTV intercom. Fill recess in wall as needed using compatible masonry. Stucco using VCC stucco formula, attached, to match existing in finish, texture and color.
