I will be conducting non-structural renovation work at this location. The work will include adding insultation, creating non-structural partitions (as seen in the floor plan), painting the exterior and possibly replacing some siding as needed (minimal if any), and utilizing a licensed plumber and electrician to do minimal work, less than $10,000 each. A plumber will add one toilet and a grease trap. The electrician will inspect the current electrical set up and replace any outlets as needed, and will add one 30 amp breaker for an espresso machine. Since the overall scope of this project is around $20,000, I will be completing the work myself, without a licensed contractor. As mentioned above, the licensed plumber and electrician will be the ones doing any electrical and plumbing work. Nothing will be removed from this location other than replacing pieces of old siding. No structural work will be done. Thank you!
