Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Non-structural reno at existing multi family apartment complex. Exterior scope includes installation of new perimeter fencing, replace existing siding and repair as needed, replace existing doors and repair exterior walls as needed with new sheathing, Tyvek, and/or siding. Portions of the roof to be repaired as needed with new decking and shingles. All interior finishes to be replaced. All interior flooring and walls to be replaced. Site improvements to include landscaping and painting of the parking lot. Repair/replace all existing stair cases in-kind.
