VCC General Work Permit

To address remaining VCC work without permit violations cited in case 22-01404-VCCNOP, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 06/05/2024, per 04/23/2024 Committee review.
Retain second and third floor windows on front elevation.
Remove doors from rear dormer. Install new casement windows, stucco face, and cheek walls to match existing roofing material.
Remove center double doors at entrance to 328 and install new doors and trim to match others in size, profile, dimension, reveal, material, attachment, color and exposure. All stiles, rails and panel size to match. Nightblind recess to be replicated. Doors must be Spanish cedar or mahogany, with true divided lites and single glazing. Door closest to Bienville to be fixed in place.
